Summer Enrichment Programs

Summer at the Circle runs from June 2 - August 1st. Each week we offer a variety of sessions for children 4-13 years of age.

Dates

9 weekly sessions beginning June 2 and running through August 1st.
Holidays that we observe during this time and will be closed for:
- Thursday, June 19th and Friday, June 20th (Juneteenth)
- Friday, July 4th (Independence Day)

Hours & Fees

Sessions may be offered during the morning, afternoon, or for the full-day.

Half Day Morning Sessions	8:45 AM - 11:45 AM	$130 - $150 / week
Half Day Afternoon Sessions	12:30 PM - 3:30 PM	$130 - $150 / week
Full Day Sessions	8:45 AM - 3:30 PM	$230 - $250 / week
Extended Care	3:30 PM - 6 PM	$65 / week

Cancellation Policy & Other Fees

A late fee of $10 for the first minute and $1 per additional minute will be charged for each child still at the school after 6:00 p.m. This fee is paid directly to the extended care teacher.
Once you enroll in SESSIONS, you are responsible for the fees. THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS.
Extended Care may be refunded if cancelled one week prior to camp start date.
There is a $50 convenience fee for each SESSION change.

Payment Due Dates

There are three payment options for sessions:

Paid in full.
Installment option 1
- 50% of session(s) cost due at registration
- Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to camp start date.
Installment option 2
- $50 deposit due for each full-day session, $25 deposit due for each half-day session or extended care.
- Half of the remaining balance due April 21st.
- Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to camp start date.

Friday Family Slideshow

Each Friday from 11:45 am - 12:15 pm the students enjoy a photo slideshow of the activities from the week. Families are welcome to join us at this time.

Food & Drink

SNACK: If your child is on campus in the morning, provide a morning snack. If you will be utilizing our after care program, provide an afternoon snack.
LUNCH: Provide lunch with a cold pack. Send the necessary utensils and LABEL your child’s lunch containers.
- Students enrolled in either Full Day Sessions or both a Morning & Afternoon session may eat lunch on campus.
WATER: All children need a labeled, reusable water bottle to keep with them throughout the day.

Camp Notes

Look for daily notices and/or changes posted on the white board to the left of the front door.
Send your child in cool, comfortable clothing and shoes for active play. Camp can be messy, so be aware that your child’s clothing may become permanently stained.
Your child will have a cubby to store their belongings. Label all of your child’s personal items.
All children are required to bring a LABELED water bottle every day.
You are welcome to send sunscreen and insect repellant; the school does have these items, but many families prefer to provide their own. Label these items.
Leave children’s personal toys and belongings at home or in the car. The school is not responsible for the loss of any personal items, and we ask that you don’t allow your child to bring any toys from home.
Make sure that your child’s belongings and creations from camp are taken home each day.
